β± Announcement β± Starting next week, Morning Heart Worship will be at 7:30 am on Wednesdays.
I just moved to a new apartment building in a more urban part of town. ποΈ Every Tuesday morning at just about 7:30 am, a huge garbage truck parks itself right outside my window and starts emptying dumpsters for the entire half hour. Itβs super loud. So I need to adapt!
Hope to see you on Wednesday mornings for these beautiful group practices starting December 10th.

2026 Spoilers!
We haven't got our 2026 schedule up yet, but here's what you can be looking out for! Also, save the dates.
- Kundalini, Kriya, and Guru Yoga ~ a 9-month deep dive into subtle energy and wisdom. Starts March 15.
- Words 'n Worship ~ a monthly gathering for exploring inspiring words from our traditions and doing some sadhana together. Stay tuned for start date.
- April 2-5 ~ Trika Foundations ~ learn all about Trika Shaivism and get a complete practice
- February 12-15 ~ Maha Shivaratri retreat
- July 25-29 ~ Guru Purnima retreat
- Oct 8-11 ~ Fall sadhana retreat
